Peter Moore is known for his live on the edge poetic performances and the musicians who work with him are capable of turning corners at a moment’s notice, they have to be seeing as that's how Peter works. His spontaneous lyrical interweaving of songs and music alike is a creatively controlled impulse driven response to that moment in time while cognisant of the musicians on stage, the audience and the setting alike, with an intrinsic awareness that the circle must always meet. He integrates strong elements of Tom Waits, Van Morrison, Leo Kottkie & a number of other artists in his musical blender, adds some Dublin sauce, and the outcome is a uniquely expressive and explosive rendition in Peter’s enigmatic style. His original material stands on high ground as well as covers of classics and is not found wanting.
