Music Hall Stage-Road to The Rising
As part of Road to The Rising a fantastic array of singers, musicians and bands from around the country are set to take the stage to perform music from the 1915 era. This is not just any old stage, but a beautifully recreated Edwardian music stage.
MC Louis Lovett will oversee proceedings, decked out in top hat and tails!
Music acts include The High Kings, The Kilkennys and Beoga, plus performances from singers Jack L, tenor Simon Morgan and soprano Mairead Buicke.
Choirs include An Post Men’s Choir, Cór Chúil Aodha (directed by Peadar Ó Riada), the Piccolo Lasso Children’s Choir and The Brook Singers.
Completing the line-up are the East Coast Jazz Band, the 4-in-a-Bar barbershop quartet and the Rathmines and Rathgar Musical Society.
