Now in its sixth year, Fallon & Byrne’s Christmas food & wine extravaganza has become THE place to kickstart your season of festive fare. This year’s event promises to be the best one yet with overseas producers including jamon iberico (complete with master carver!), Spanish olive oil growers and French cheesemakers.
Recently voted Best Food & Wine Shop in the Irish Times Best Shops campaign, you can chat to Fallon & Byrne chefs Tom & Nick for great ideas & tips on how to make your Christmas dinner spectacular. Head butcher Brett will be on hand to give advice on cooking meats for festive gatherings, including traditional cuts enjoyed in France, Spain and Italy. And head pastry chef Shane (recent winner of Shelflife Magazine Grocery Awards Best Bakery Manager) will demo ideas for jaw-dropping Christmas cakes and advise on your festive baking plans.
