GPO’s Secret Postal Service
Written by Dublin’s most iconic building, the GPO, is welcoming the world’s most famous man, Santa Claus, to show us just how the letters get posted to him each year.
After a successful run of Santa’s Secret Postal Service last year, the Postmaster at the GPO (General Post Office) returns with his team of elves to reveal just how these letters reach the North Pole year after year.
If there’s questions in your house about how your letter gets to Santa, then this is a Christmas experience with a difference that you should explore.
During this experience, The GPO Courtyard will be transformed into Santa’s Secret Postal Service Village. Where you meet the Postmaster and the cheery Elves who will guide you through their favourite things about Christmas!
You then get to meet Santa in his Magical Grotto where each child will receive a special gift.
There’s even arts and crafts for the children to enjoy who are waiting to see Santa and the Elves. Once you’ve been enjoyed the Santa Experience guests can then go on to visit the award winning museum with a complimentary audio guide and discovery trail for children.
This special Santa Experience takes place from November 30th until Decemeber 23rd.
Tickets cost €16.50 for a child and €12.50 for an adult.
The Christmas Experience includes:
- A visit to Santa’s Grotto and special journey through Santa’s Secret Postal Service village.
- Arts and crafts station for all children while waiting to access the experience
- Personal visit with Santa Claus and gift
- Hot chocolate and mince pies will be served
- Self-guided visit to the award-winning GPO Witness History Museum
